 Brenna Bandell

Senior, Management Information Systems

Bandell will be receiving a B.A. in Management as well as a B.S. in Management Information Systems, with a minor in International Business. Bandell is on a the study abroad trip to Cardiff, Wales, that studies how small to medium companies can grow, as well as various Welsh successes and failures within that environment. It will be her first time abroad and she cannot wait.

 

Jessica Brightman

Master’s Student, Strategic Communications Management

Brightman will take part of the “Know Europe” program, which focuses on both European business and cultural differences. Currently working on her thesis regarding international public relations and relationship management, Brightman will use this study abroad program to build up the field experience needed to take up positions in international marketing.

 

Gisel Calvo

Computer Science Graduate

Calvo will participate in the India Infosys program with the USF College of Business where she will learn skills in software engineering at the Infosy’s training campus in Mysore. She will also be visiting many historic sites of Indian culture in Bangalore and Delhi. Outside of technology, Gisel enjoys digital arts and photography.

 

 Yogesh Chatulani 

Senior, Management Information Systems

After graduating in Spring 2013, Chatulani plans to become a business or systems analyst. Throughout his career at USF, Chatulani has been a Dean’s List honoree, AmeriCorp tutor, Students In Free Enterprise vice president, Delta Epsilon Iota Honor Society founding leader, Verizon Wireless intern, Relay for Life captain, and USF Humanities and Cultural Studies web and graphic designer. He is highly passionate about the Coalition of Immokalee Workers, representing farm workers who are unfairly compensated and whose human rights are violated.

 

Huzzatun Noor Iqra

Sophomore, Accounting

Iqra is an international student from Bangladesh who has travelled to more than 20 countries. Part of the Bulls Business Community and the Business Honors Program, Iqra is highly motivated to succeed as a Certified Public Accountant after graduation. The Valedictorian and basketball team captain in high school, Iqra is involved as the Parliamentarian for the student organization Phi Beta Lambda, one of the co-founders for Invisi-Bull Tears, a staff member for the Business Communications Center, a Peer Leader/STEM Tutor, as well as a resident sssistant for Andros 1. Supplementing her soft skills, the 6-week study abroad program in Florence, Italy, has taught Iqra the importance of being “global.”

 

 Thomas O’Brien

Senior, Management Information Systems

O’Brien is currently employed at a software development company and freelances for websites and applications. O’Brien will take part of the study abroad program to India, where he will be intensively studying software engineering for three weeks. He is looking forward to seeing all the temples and be engulfed in a new culture.
